The Seed Room

The space in its origins was in a bad state so a complete renovation and new special layout was necessary. The new office was going to have a handful of different zones and functions. The main area housing the open office layout for all the co-workers, ensuring a collaborative atmosphere while still giving enough privacy for undistracted work.

By creating views from one space to another we enhanced the sense of openness and flow in the office. Having interior views from one space through to another and then to the spacious outdoor terrace made the office feel more airy and voluminous as a whole.

The adjacent meeting room would serve all prospective client meetings as well as in house team meetings. The areas were visually divided with clear geometry while you are still able to physically close them off when needed. Being situated in Marbella and having over 320 sun days a year an additional outdoor meeting space would also be available to divide demand and give opportunity for a terrace held meeting.
