Reminiscent of Marbella in the 60's & 70's this modest town house had all the flair of the olden glamour days. Even though it had a charm of its own this space was in need to be brought back into the 21st century.

CONCEPT
Opening up the layout to capitalize on the large windows and their natural light was a key factor in this renovation. A more open plan living was established through the seamless connection of Kitchen and living area and the iconic skylight of the living room will now be hosting a stunning light installation.
MASTER BEDROOM
The original entrance to the room now comes from a light-filled wardrobe leading the way into the open space of the bedroom. The fixed smoked glass panels reveal the vivid shades of green stone used in the bathroom behind them.
Our personal favorite; the dark green natural stone used in the bathroom. Its asymmetrical grain and drawings are reminiscent of Brazils wooded and greenish landscapes.
