The project honors the rich heritage of Spanish country homes while bringing a fresh, modern perspective to rural living in Sotogrande. The spaces are thoughtfully crafted to invite both comfort and sophistication, creating a home that is both timeless and contemporary.

The design is centered on enhancing the home’s natural beauty and connecting its interior with the expansive outdoor spaces. The use of terracotta flooring, rustic wood, and textured plaster walls brings a tactile, earthy feel, echoing the home’s Spanish heritage while introducing a sleek, modern edge. With large, open spaces that flow effortlessly, the design allows for easy movement between indoors and out, creating a seamless transition between living spaces.

The master bedroom is designed as a serene retreat, bathed in natural light. With its open plan layout and smooth plaster walls, the space evokes a sense of rustic luxury. Large windows and doors open onto the exterior, further enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow. Soft, neutral tones and tactile materials create a calm, restful environment that feels timeless.

In keeping with the home's aesthetic, the master bathroom combines raw textures with modern comfort. Natural stone, rustic wood, and sleek fixtures come together to create a spa-like retreat.
